End of August (tbc): Lack of Afro “When The Sun Goes Down” b/w “Spooky” 7”, on Freestyle records. Two deep n dirty covers of Arctic Monkeys & Dusty Springfield tracks…
End of September (tbc): Lack of Afro “Press On”. The long-awaited debut album, on CD/LP on Freestyle records.
November 5th: The New Mastersounds “Re:mixed” (CD/LP), out on Record Kicks. Includes “Idle Time” (LOA remix).
November 19th: Various “Soul Shaker Volume 4” (CD/LP), out on Record Kicks. Includes The New Mastersounds: “Land of Nod” (LOA remix).
Winter ‘07 (tbc): The Diplomats of Solid Sound “Featuring The Diplomettes” (CD/LP). Produced by Lack of Afro. Awesome old-skool soul band from the US, on Record Kicks.
