Hi all,
All busy of late – Former Ocean Colour Scene & Paul Weller bass playa Damon Minchella has asked me to produce some tracks for a forthcoming project that he has co-written with former Weller drummer Steve White.
We were joined in the studio by former All Saint Shaznay Lewis who laid down some sweet vocals – she was the model of professionalism and very down to earth too…the track’s shaping up to be killer, just gotta get the mix right….

Keep a look out for Damon on the low notes at forthcoming Lack of Afro live gigs – we’re starting to rehearse so look out…
I was also asked to submit an instrumental for US soul sensation Anastacia for her forthcoming new album. Whether it will be accepted God only knows but it was nice to be asked anyway…
I’ve also started writing the next Lack of Afro record so there’ll be some fresh demos appearing on the page very soon…
